Where can I get 64bit "microsoft.sqlserver.management.ui.rsclient.dll

Hi,Everybody.

I have developed an web application which is using "microsoft.sqlserver.management.ui.rsclient.dll" for some Reporting Service function. And now I want to deploy the web application in windows 64bit enviroment: 64bit lnet framework2.0, 64bit iis, 64bit windows, 64bit sqlserver2005. BUt it just gets errors when running web because the "microsoft.sqlserver.management.ui.rsclient.dll" is 32bit version. I have set up 64bit sqlserver 2005, but I just can't find the 64bit "microsoft.sqlserver.management.ui.rsclient.dll".

Where is it?

Any ideas?
