Steam VR one object interaction using both controllers

Hello,

I am very new in VR and I want to create a VR application that uses a Crank with both hands and plug the crank into an object to rotate to move another object.

I started downloading Steam VR 2.0 and after reading the documentation they said that they not developed the interaction using both controllers applied on one object.

I know there is VRTK but i want to use Steam VR plugin.

Does anyone could help me how to achieve this?
and if you can give me information to how to learn more about this fascinating technology.
