Error in installing SQL server 2014 express local-db

Error in installation SQL server express 2014 localdb
when i try to install localdb on clint computer(window 7) then it will show me the forllowing error message:
the installer has encounteed an unexpected error. the error code is 2908 could not register component
when i press ignore button on error message box then
it show another error message the message is:

"an error occur during the installation of assembly  Microsoft.SqlServer.Types, fileVersion="2014.120.2000.8",versoin="12.0.0.00000000=",neutral,publickeyToken="89845DCD8080cc91", processer Architecture="MSIL"

i'm very worried about these two error messages.

What I have tried:

please help me how can i resolve it.
i have no idea how can i solve it

Are you sure you installed with administrator rights ?

Solution 1

First google result, Error: Error 2908. Could not register component[^]

Something is busted and you'll have to troubleshoot it. It's not a code issue though.
