Hello everybody

what is the library or framework that is used to create the Graphical User Interface of Microsoft Office programs

What I have tried:

the GUIs are very good looking and smooth in using so I'm wondering what is used to create them,

It's all written in C++

That is far from current as it was posted in 2011. Things can change a lot in that time.

As he said then, they have a massive investment in the C++ codebase, they aren't going to throw it all away to move to C#.
Heck if they had, they could have fixed some bugs :laugh:

Knowing them, they would likely introduce many more new bugs than they fix.
