Sending bulk emails and SMS to many users. a web app or portal having:

1) log generation of sms and emails sent in a db that can be seen on web app.

2) notification of failure of SMS and/or email delivery

3) scheduling of SMS/emails

4) scheduler alert/notification system

5) user’s creation with different role and responsibilities

6) read & unread status

6) provision of importing contact details from excel worksheets

7) customizing emails with name of the receiver

8) which database should I use?

9) which cloud platform should i use ?

Trying php and node.js but its looks tough to me as i am beginner and i am going to take this as my project.
