How to generate and read barcode via camera phone using ASP.NET?

Recently i try to create web application which be able to generate and read barcode using asp.net. my target device mobile browser. Please help advice me some idea. Thanks in advance.

Now i have search some resource and sample codes from other devloper have experiences with this kind of software

The mobile device will need to read the barcode, and then send the resulting information to the website via HTTP.
