Reverse proxy is not working

I have created a rule to render a third part application in my site using Reverse Proxy.
since 2 days it is giving the

HTTP Error 502.3 - Bad Gateway 

. after recycle application pool it is working for some time(max 1 hr) and giving the same error.

    The CGI application did not return a valid set of HTTP errors.
    A server acting as a proxy or gateway was unable to process the request due to an error in a parent gateway.

Event Logger Message:

A fatal error occurred while creating an SSL client credential. The internal error state is 10013.

Created new rule with other site for testing and it is working without issues
