How to catch an email address from the active directory based on CUID/username in VB

I'm searching since a while how to catch an email address in the active directory with the CUID/Username provided. Can you help me ?

The idea will be :

Prompt user for the CUID, catching the email address associated, generate a new random password, replace it in the active directory and then, send it by mail.

What I have tried:

All my code is working fine.
The only step who is missing is the email catching.
Thanks in advance for your help.
