How to get an arduino LCD to read multiple sensors ?

Hi there, I am currently working on a mini home automation project for an assignment.
My question is if anyone as any information on how to get an Arduino LCD to read a number of different sensors on same bread board ? (e.g.temp, humidity, ultrasonic distance sensor, PIR motion sensor, etc...)

Any resources you have would be helpful whether it be a video or website.

What I have tried:
