vs 2008 error in win7 along when connecting to oracle 11gr2

I am using win7 home edition..64bit
I have installed oracle 11gr2 in C drive, and it is working fine
But when I connect VS with it (Oracle 11gr2), it gives me this error:
"Attempt to load Oracle client libraries threw BadImageFormatException" This problem will occur when running in 64 bit mode with the 32 bit Oracle Client Components installed.

That error message seems to be fairly self explanatory. Do you have 32bit client installed? If so, are there 64bit ones available?
You are not really asking a question here. What is it that you want to know.

Solution 2

Reguardless of what you have installed, the error message is telling you're using the 32-bit client in a 64-bit app, which you cannot do.
