How to fix error while trying to download pdf?

Running my PDF download or opening screen about 2 months ago does not work. As soon as I click the 'Create PDF' button, it gives me the following error. I talked to the server I was working with and they told me that there was no mistake caused by us. When I try local, there is no problem;

You haven't shown the code, but I'm going to take a guess that you're trying to launch a PDF viewer from your server code. That only worked locally as the client and server were the same machine, however when you use a remote server the process runs on the remote server where no-one can see it, not the client's machine. You can't spawn processed on the client from the server.
