Need help to know more about machine learning ?

Hello,
I have some basic knowledge of programming. I have learned html5 and CSS in past and I am thinking of making a career in machine learning. Can someone tell me the best way to learn it and which language is best to start and Where I can find material for programming? Can somebody tell me about it in full detail ????

What I have tried:

I have tried some youtube video and some quora answer but can't understand what they truly want to say. Some say this language then other say this language is better.

Solution 1

Forget about Youtube, you need to learn the basics first. Look for some articles on machine learning and see what languages are being used. You can then make a decision on which language to study and proceed from there.
