Create a (postgre) db by a c# app

Hi,

i plan to set up a postgre database by a c# application.

I have a windows pc with postgre (local) installed and i want to set up a database from the scratch on this machine by the application. That means, the db, tables, views, procedures, initial data...

Can someone help me to get it work? Maybe someone has an example for me?!
