How can I fix lets encrypt error

I followed the instructions on (See What you have tried) to install a Let`s Encrypt Certificate.
All described steps are done without any issues. But if i'm clicking on "Request and Install" i'm getting that error:

Maybe anyone knows how to fix this issue?
