Invalid key code in crystalreport and vs2017

Hello

i install VS 2017 and then Crystal report for vs 2017 but when i add new item in project and choose crystalreport its ok but after add i get a message that contain "Invalid keycode"

please aby one help me how can i solve this.

What I have tried:

i have no idea how can i do it
