Urgent help needed : WPF exporting crystal report to PDF

Hi All,

i have an WPF application through which i am printing a pdf report. i need to print a Label sticker. the label i have designed in crystal report and the label size settings also done perfectly. the export option available in crystal report to PDF , exports perfectly according to my label size design.

But through application while exporting the report to PDF, adobe is not taking the crystal report settings.

Can anyone please help me on this. I have been struggling on this for the past 1 week.

What I have tried:

tried installing the lower version of adobe , thought it would be adobe issue. But still same issue.

How can it be working perfectly if you cannot read the result?

Hi Richard,

I have designed my report to 5cm width and 2.5 cm height. Connecting Crystal report to database refresh data is coming. Crystal report has the export option itself , through that PDF is generating perfectly with the page settings which I have done.

The report I am copying to the server and from our application while doing the print, report is exporting to PDF with A4 size paper and the print coming in label is not what I designed.

Hope you got my point.
