I am getting this exception

An exception of type 'System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException' occurred in CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.dll but was not handled in user code

on initializing ReportDocument. my project is running fine on my old laptop. but on the new machine Crystal Report is not working.
I have 64-bit machine and I have installed CR 13.0.22.2668 and both 32 and 64 runtimes.
please help me.
