Implement certificate based authentication for WCF client - server communication with net.tcp binding

Server A - WCF service hosted in IIS with Nettcp binding (Central service)
Server B - WCF service hosted as Windows service.

Server A and Server B are on same network.

When window service asks for data to Central service in Server A, I need to validate its client certification.

I could not find complete step by step site to achieve this.
Should i have to configure the OnetoOneCertificateMapping concept for this??

Kindly help me with the server configuration,client configuration, certificate configuration in IIS

I have tried to achieve the same using makecert.exe and configure the same in IIS. But no luck so far. Kindly help.
