Hi, this is going to sound like a silly quesiton
But I signed up to a website, then logged out, now I can't remeber which email address I have used.
1. Yes it is my info I have put into the website.
2. I have a mac and use chrome,
3. cookies havent been wiped or histroy removed

What I have tried:

nothing. Besides look at my histroy

Then you will have to try all your possible email addresses, or check your email received to look for a "welcome" or "confirm" email.

Depending on the site that you registered, most of them should have a "forgot your email" or "forgot your password" links that enables you to retrieve them by answering some security questions.

Other than that, follow what is suggested by OriginalGriff.

Most of the time, even with the scheme you describe, you have to type in the email address you registered with.

True, for the case of "forget password". Some site have another process on how to recover your account if you forgot your username or email.
