I need to move forward w/ new coders.

I am not a coder. I am the investor whom owns all coding (by signed contract w/ development group);

Please inform me on “what all to ask for as to be able to move forward w/ a new coder.”
FYI, they coded in Xamarin

What I have tried:

Needing all coding to move forward w/ another coder. What do I ask for from the development group?

That isn't a question we can answer: you need to consult the contract you and they agreed to and work out what materials you are entitled to - it is quite likely for example that you do not own the rights to the source for any "generic libraries" the developers may have used which were developed in-house for use in many projects. Only your contact will tell you what you own!
