How to extract an information from CUPS regarding the quotas?

I have an app (on C++) that prints through an IP address, associated with CUPS and RPi3.

My question is: Does anybody know how I can drive the information regarding the quotas (which user how many pages is printing and etc..) and to link this info in my app let's say in some database and have access to controll this from the application?
Thank you!

What I have tried:

I was looking for some information at CUPS.org, but it only describes how you can manage in CUPS, not outside of it.
