How do i...output from android app to printable PDF?

I want to write an Android app that will allow the user to fill in info in the app and submit it all to a pre-defined PDF that they can later print. The only problem is I don't know how to get the info from app to PDF. Can I get any pointers in the right direction?

I'll be writing the code in Visual Studio with Xamarin.

What I have tried:

I have searched the knowledge base, but nothing that denotes android development.
