I am getting this error while running the project from visual studio 2013. But project is not hosted on IIS ,then why this error comes?

What I have tried:

I searched for this error but all are showing the result for IIS Manager.

Visual Studio runs a small version of IIS (I forget the name right now), so yes, it actually is. You have some setting, likely in Web.Config that is not right.
