hi want to create global ip address and when i check web service that time my web service run this ip.

What I have tried:

please give me fast reply and suggest how to creates

You're not making any sense. You do not "create" a "global IP address".

Your compiled code should be hosted by some provider and they will give it a public IP address as well as some form of DNS name to use that maps to that address.

You don't create IP addresses, those are assigned by a DHCP server for local addresses, and by your ISP from a pool of addresses allocated to them, or by your PoP controller if you are running your own fibre link onto the internet (unlikely)

You can't "use an address" as nothing else on the internet would have any idea where it was!

I think you need to read up on how things work - google will help - and rethink how you are trying to do what you are trying to do!
