How do I automate a page to populate with viewer submissions

I want to have viewers submit visual imagery in response to questions. I then want the image to automatically populate a website so the viewer may see their image amongst other submissions.

I plan to market through social media by asking a question. The audience clicks to a page/popup asking for their submission and collect their name and email information.

I have also been thinking about including submitted quotes and stories.

I am not a coder. I am a graphic designer using Wordpress.

Can this be done through plugins or do I need a coder?
