Does twain_32.dll supported by .NET framework 3.5 ?

i need to run twain_32.dll lib using Windows Form Application have platform Any CPU
and .net Framework 3.5

What I have tried:

i have tried WIA lib but it is only working with scanners using wire that what works for me

These libraries have nothing to do with the connection between PC and scanner. They are only concerned with image handling.

it is work with me when i used 86 platform or when i used .net Framework 4.5 or higher but in my case i have to use .net Framework 3.5 and Any CPU platform

Given its name it is probably 32 bit only.
