How to add crystal report visual studio C# for crystal report

Hi every one
I'm installing crystal report service pack 22 for visual studio 2015.
When i open my project on visual studio 2015, In the tool box crystal report viewer and crystal open documents are shown in Toolbox but when i try to add crystal report i am facing the error
"

the system cannot find the file specified visual studio c# for crystal report

"
any one help me. Thanks in advance

What I have tried:

i try to add by using this method
Click on Solution Explore and right click on myProject and Select-> Add and then ->New Items and A window form is open and i don't find any option for reporting
