While we create sharepoint web application using central admin site we get the option to pass host header, allow ssl (yes or no), value but if we miss this parameter as these are not mandatory and later on re-visit the web application settings(general, quota, authentication in each available setting) to pass the host header and ssl(yes or no) value... we don't get any option to pass these value... So is there any way to pass these value either thru CA ui or powershell?????

What I have tried:

I have tried thru sharepoint CA site n powershell but couldn't succeed.
