Find a baseline from image containing arabic text

Find a baseline from arabic text image.

What I have tried:

I have tried using aforgenet and use pixel logic to find all the black point. Also I tried with histogram and believing if I can find smooth repeated values then i will treat them as baseline but no luck so far.
