Error 1904 in crystal report run time version installation

Hi Every One
Today i I try to install crystal report(32 bit) run time version in window 7(32 bit) but i face an error
The error message is
"Errorr 1904 . Module C\:Parogram Files \SAP BusinessObjects\Crystal report for .Net Framework 4.0\Common\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\Win32_x86\crtslv.dll failed to register. HRESULT-2147024770. Contact Your Support Personnel"
Please Any One Solve this Error
