Custom VSIX SSMS 2017 events

Hi All.
I have created a simple VXIS add-in to SSMS 2017.
I need to be able to add a menu item to the context menu of a table.
Once I click this menu item, I want to display the table name (with DB and server).
I can't find any reference regard events and handlers on VSIX command.
