How to create application out of visual C++

So after creating the application inside the visual c++, you usually end up there, opening the saved file would let you use your application such as calculators and stuffs. So how do I put this in my computer just like the normal calculator that was already on my computer. If possible, base everything on mac.

What I have tried:

Nothing really I have nothing to do since there's no like publish application or something and youtube doesn't help at all.

It may depend on the version of Visual C++ you are using, but start with Google: Deploy C++ application - Google Search[^] and follow a few links.
