Pass parameters with actionlink in .NET core

In a view, I have inputs- a string, two dates, some enumerated data. It is common to all
six action methods. So I dont want to write separate views. How can I pass these
inputs with actionlink? actionlink works only as get method. Any better way, i can
represent.

What I have tried:

If i use model for these inputs also, only null passed to action methods.
