Bing map 8 calling from webbrowser control windows app in windows 10 OS - unable to move the map using mouse drag

We are calling Bing Map 8 in WebBrowser control for a Win Forms Application.

After Loading Bing Map 8 in WebBrowser control and once we switched the map view to Streetside view, we were not able to move the map from left to right or in a 360 degree turn by using Mouse Dragging in Windows 10 OS

But in windows 7 OS, we can able to Drag the mouse towards left and right to move the Map around.

Kindly help me out for work around.

What I have tried:

windows 7 OS, we can able to Drag the mouse towards left and right to move the Map around.

In windows 10, we can able to rotate the Map by using Arrow Keys, But not with Mouse.
