How do I remove users personal certs on a daily, weekly, monthly basis

Hello!!

I am trying to figure out a way to set up a way to automatically delete all Personal certificates from the cert store probably every week or monthly. These are public computers and the certs just get packed .....I was hoping there is a automated way to do this.

What I have tried:

I have tried using a GPO to do this and it didn't work.
