Gray out the shortcut to desktop option

I'm Using IE-11 browser on my own PC.I need to Gray out some option from IE Menu bar .I'm finding difficult to gray out the below item,
In menu bar File-->Send-->Shortcut to Desktop option should be grayed out.

What I have tried:

I've come across some registry settings but didn't get any clue.
Any suggestions or leads would be appreciated.Thanks in Advance

Do you want to gray out on your own PC or on the webapp client pc ?

Solution 1

I don't think there is an option to turn that off. I didn't find any such option in the IE policy templates.

Your best bet would be to ask Microsoft Support if there is any such possibility.
