This site can’t be reached

Dear All,

I have an asp.net(C#) web application. Before it was running perfectly but currently it is showing me the error.

When I build this application, it shows no error(build successfully) and when running it, I face this error.

This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

What I have tried:

The same application I run in visual studio on other computer and its running perfectly.

But only its not running on my PC.

Can anyone please help me.

Sorry, but we can't help at all: if it failed on all computers then the code might be the problem, but since it doesn't it's either a firewall / net nazi problem or a network problem - have you checked that the site is accessible from that PC by "normal" means using a browser?

It's running after I have created one 'Create self-signed certificate'.
