Where to start when developing an app in flutter

Why hello, I am relatively new to the mobile app programming and have everything set up so far that I'm aware of. I have learned Flutter through and through, yet it never told me where to start coding or what to do first. I use the IntelliJ IDEA CE software to run it, so if you would be so kind as to help me start off. Thank you for your time
