How to enable disable TFS login for specific user?

I want to how to enable disable TFS login for specific user. I have 50 users i need to allow login to only 2 users for small time period. Is it possible to in TFS 2018?

As much as I know you can only delete users and not enable/disable... You can however remove access rights and render the account unusable...
