SPS 2016- after changing IP address can't access it by computer/host name

In SharePoint 2016, after changing the IP address of server, users can't browse the sharepoint site with Computer/host name.. its accessible only via IP address. Could you please suggest to overcome this. IP address in DNS and IIS are updated.

What I have tried:

DNS Flushed and IIS checked.. IP address were updated correctly over there.

Maybe user has something old in hosts file? Or there is a gateway.proxy with old hosts file?

Checked host files... its not mapped to any IP address earlier. I also tried to map it now but its not working even after restart.

Can you ping the host name, and does it return the correct IP address?
