How do I add watermark BEHIND the ricktextboxprintcontrol?

I made a richtextboxprintcontrol that serves a a control for printing with the help of this site . Where I'm having trouble is trying to put a watermark on the print document/page because the richtextboxprintcontrol is color white and is just place in the print document/page.

What I have tried:

I tried puting a watermark with transparent background and it worked but the watermark is on the top of the richtextboxprintcontrol which results to faded text from the print out. Wish you could help.

Solution 1

If the watermark is "on top" of the "control", then the "z-order" of the watermark is "greater" than that of the control; meaning it's rendered "after" the control.

Change the z-orders so the watermark is rendered "before" the control.
