How can I create a search engine which takes titles and description directly from website?

I have build a search engine but I want that user who submits his website in my search engine did not waste his time in writing title, description for his website. I want direct meta description as Google and other search engine takes.

What I have tried:

I have tried phoning and MySQL but it needed titles and description.

You need to read the content of the web pages and extract the meta data from there.
