How do I solve the job error

Hi,

I have a scheduled job and it failed giving an error "Arithmetic overflow error converting numeric to data type numeric", please advice what should be the solution on this.

which means,
-> may you are trying to change from text to number
-> may be your filed is empty
-> may be your filed is null

It's likely to be a decimal being assigned to an integer or a long integer being assigned to a short integer.
Without knowing which DBMS you are using nor what the job is doing we cannot advise further
