An unhandled win32 exception occured in w3wp.exe [5568]

An unhandled win32 exception occurred in w3wp.exe [5568] over WIFI connection

Dear All, 

I have a situation here :

1. Unable to open SharePoint central administrator over WIFI connection. 
2. But able to open SharePoint central administrator over LAN connection. 

I am using windows server 2012 R2 and has SharePoint installed. The error comes always over WIFI connection as : "The Just-In-Time debugger was launched without necessary security permissions. To debug this process, the just-in-time debugger must be run as an administrator. Would you like to debug this process ?" But does not have any issue over LAN connection.
