How to display a smooth and not lagging video in C# using webbrowser tool

I put a video background in webbrowser tool in c# but when I open the c# form the video is lagging and choppy even I decrease its resolution. But When I open it to chrome, IE, Mozilla the video is smoothly playing... What can I do about this issues guys?

What I have tried:

I tried to lower the resolution of the video.

Try replacing the ancient WebBrowser control with something more modern, like CefSharp[^].
