How can I print a crystal report without showing print dialogue box in C# windows forms?

i need your help....

I want to print a Crystal Report without showing the print dialogue box with a secondary printer installed in the system.Usually print with normal printer.But at point of sale i need to use a thermal printer.Also i want to use this both type of printer accordingly.

What I have tried:

its recommended to choose a printer with print dialogue box.
