About visual studio 2017 issues?

During the working with the visual studio. Unfortunately, struck the visual studio. However, again open visual studio and go to File -> New -> Project. After select Visual C# -> Web -> ASP.NET Web Application (.Net Framework). Then only display "Empty" a missing MVC, Web Form, Web API, ...etc. Therefore, please help me solve this problem. How can fix this issue?

Try to reinstall Visual Studio with admin privileges.

Finally, I changed the ".Net Framework" version. So, this error only comes ".Net Framework 4.0". Therefore, I select ".Net Framework 4.6" so not comes above issue. But, I can't understand why comes above error.
