My accdb file locked up to tight with security options

i cannnot now get access to change or modifi it .. no right clicks no menus . no save as ... anyone have a clue to regain control of my db please .. i can send a copy for you to see my problem email [DELETED]@[DELETED].com

everything i can think of but i cannot save it as a working editable version.
