My speed of website is slow after published in ASP .NET

Before Published my Website the speed is good And drop down list loaded a data fastly but when I was published my website then speed is slow as well as drop down list load a data is slowly, Is there any Changes in IIS Please tell me

Your dropdown list load slower? may be your provider is not offering the best service

When I was testing my website there is no problem arise to loading data and speed issue but when i was publish there is a speed problem is arised.
