Cut, copy & delete buttons were disabled in mouse.

Hi I am Balaji. I am using HP Laptop. In Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), while using the mouse right click, Cut, Copy, Delete options were disabled. How to rectify this.

What I have tried:

I am unable to do. Kindly advice what to do.

Did it work in other applications? What version of Office do you have? Only that actions are disabled? The document is not protected?

It's working in other applications. I am using Office 2010. Cut, Insert & Delete were disabled.
